I love reading the story of Peter Pan at least once every year. My favorite line is when the narrator says "To live would be an awfully big adventure." Peter is chided for refusing to grow up, and the rest of us are encouraged to fully embrace life as an adventure.
You might wonder why our community is called "The Adventure Habit."
The name shows our main belief: Living a full, meaningful life means seeing all of life as an adventure. And a life of adventure is really an umbrella Habit, made up of many small habits across all areas of our lives.
When we hear "adventure" we think of exciting exploits like exploring unknown places. But real adventure is bringing curiosity, awareness and energy to ordinary parts of life too. It's seeing connections between all areas of our lives rather than keeping them separate.
An "adventurous life" is one where work, health, relationships, hobbies and rest all affect each other deeply. It means personal growth even when things get messy.
